I'm away for 6 months of the year so you will have the place to yourself with only my long term female lodger and her little dog. I'm sociable and very easy going and so are my family, as long as you are too, we like to keep the place clean and tidy. There’s a corner plot garden and plenty of on road parking. The local area is quiet and you are to be respectful to our neighbours with regards to noise in the evenings. 5 minutes away is everything you need, local shops, bars, banks etc.
