The bedroom, facing south and west thanks to its two windows, is equipped with a 160x200 bed, an armchair, a small desk and a table. The layout can be adapted according to the tenant's preferences.
It is possible to access the kitchen, which has a bar and a dining area. You can also enjoy the garden and a small covered terrace for smokers or simply to enjoy the sun.
Two small bathrooms are available, and they are shared with another tenant. One of them is equipped with a bath/shower and a sink, while the other is equipped with a toilet and a sink.
In the basement there is a spacious and very practical utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Currently, two animals live in the house: a rather timid cat, who belongs to the other tenant, and a Golden Retriever dog, greedy and adorable.
