Good morning ! it is with pleasure that I would receive you in my house; I have 2 bedrooms; the first on the ground floor with a walk-in bathroom + sink and toilet all private; with a 140 x 190 bed, a wardrobe, a chair and a desk; the second is upstairs, with a 2.40 x 1.90 bed, a wardrobe, and a desk, the bathroom will be shared with the occupant of the ground floor bedroom, if the latter is occupied, at the beautiful season, you can take advantage of the garden and its terrace with deckchairs, for the students I specify that my house is in the countryside (therefore very quiet) but 45 km from Rennes by the 4 lanes counted half an hour; 55 kms from St Brieuc always by the 4 ways which in Brittany are free

It is with pleasure that I will welcome you to my house, located in a quiet village. The room has been completely renovated. You will sleep in a bed measuring 2.40 m x 1.90 m upstairs, with a view of the garden. This room is 12 m2 and is equipped with a wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is on the ground floor and will be shared with another person if the ground floor bedroom is occupied. Bathroom linen is provided. If you are staying for several days, you will also have access to a kitchen, equipped with gas hobs, a microwave and a refrigerator. However, please note that in-room meals are not permitted. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. The house is non-smoking. If you don't want to cook, I offer table d'hôte meals, upon reservation.
